I’m a UX designer with a passion for solving problems through creative design solutions and an empathetic approach to identifying user needs. I aim to leverage my experience as a graphic designer and a rich multicultural background, having lived in 5 countries, to create experiences that are visually satisfying and can cater to the unique needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
My journey in design started at the University of Toronto where I pursued an undergraduate specialist degree in Interactive Digital Media and a minor in psychology, driven by my interest in both technology and human behaviour, and the ways the two intersect. After 4 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, I was longing for a shift back towards my original passion - designing interactive digital experiences that could meet human needs.
After recently completing a masters degree in Interaction Design & Business with the University of Waterloo I am confident that I have the skills needed to make the transition into the UX field. For examples of my work so far please have a look at my case studies which include evidence of high fidelity wireframing, prototyping and testing, UX design for social good, and user research & problem definition.
In my spare time you can find me drumming, listening to music, playing my latest video game of choice, or probably out to grab one more cup of coffee.
